To help enhance and streamline the DLA user experance we have added a help desk, support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.

Please provide as much detail as possible when submitting a support ticket, i.e. Your organisation details, event details, the page you may be having troubles with, your operating system and browser. This way we can replicate the fault and correct accordingly. To update a previously submitted DLA ticket, please use the form to the right.
